Overview
The HUAC-RZ-5001 consists of a measurement unit and analysis software running on a laptop or tablet connected by USB. It uses frequency response analysis to diagnose winding distortion, bulging, displacement, tilting, inter-turn short circuits and inter-phase contact.
Only the busbars connected to the transformer have to be removed; the cover stays closed. Each phase takes less than 60 seconds, and a three-winding power transformer can be measured completely in 10 minutes. The expert diagnosis software loads up to six curves at once, calculates the relevant parameters and gives a reference conclusion on the winding condition.
