Overview
Turns ratio testing is required on new, repaired and in-service transformers to check the windings and tap changer for shorted turns, wrong connections and other defects. The HUAC-BBZ-1000 measures the turns ratio of single-phase and three-phase transformers in one operation.
A 32-bit ARM processor controls the whole measurement. The tester has strong immunity to interference, prints the results on its built-in thermal printer and suits transformers from small distribution units to large power transformers.
Is this the right model?
Choose the HUAC-BBZ-1000 if you need a printed record on site, test Z-connected (zigzag) transformers, or test single-phase and three-phase units where AC 220 V is always available.
Consider the HUAC-2071 or HUAC-BB if you need battery operation, ratios above 5000, more than 50 stored results or USB export of reports in Word format.
