Overview
The HUAC-GK tests the mechanical characteristics of SF6 breakers, GIS, vacuum and oil-immersed breakers from domestic and international manufacturers. One switching operation captures all the mechanical characteristic data and the corresponding waveforms.
It is strongly resistant to interference and measures reliably next to energised busbars in 500 kV substations. Results are stored with date and time, printed on the built-in printer, and transferred to the supplied analysis software on a PC to produce formal test reports.
Is this the right model?
Choose the HUAC-GK if your team writes formal test reports: its PC analysis software manages results and prints reports, and the built-in printer gives a record on site. It covers SF6, GIS, vacuum and oil breakers with a DC 0–300 V operating supply.
Consider the HUAC-F, a similar portable instrument with travel measurement up to 1000 mm for oil breakers, or the HUAC-GKC-6 for routine tests without PC software.
