Overview
The HUAC YDQ / YDJ power frequency withstand test sets combine a test transformer with a matching control console for AC withstand tests on electrical equipment, with a rated output voltage of 0 to 430 kV. New design, materials and manufacturing make the test transformers small, light and well finished, and they meet the requirements of JB 3570.
The core is stacked from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel into a multi-step cylindrical frame, and the high-voltage tower winding is wound continuously on a high-strength insulating cylinder. The standard output is AC; for DC tests, an external high-voltage rectifier stack is fitted at the high-voltage terminal.

How do I get a DC test voltage?
Fit the external high-voltage rectifier stack at the high-voltage output of the test transformer.
Which test voltage can it reach?
The rated output voltage is 0 to 430 kV. Tell us the equipment you test and the required test voltage and current, and we will match the test transformer and control console.
What power supply does the console need?
Single-phase 220 V for consoles up to 10 kVA; 380 V for 20 kVA and above. The 15 kVA console is available for either.
