Battery-powered transformer capacity and loss tester with built-in three-phase source: capacity, no-load and load loss, impedance voltage, 4.5 kg.
The HUAC-TRC combines a transformer capacity tester and a transformer characteristic tester in one 4.5 kg instrument. A built-in rechargeable battery and a precision three-phase 50 Hz sine-wave source let it measure transformer capacity without any external three-phase supply, regulator or current booster. One charge is enough for more than 100 transformers.
With an external supply and regulator it also measures no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss, with voltage up to 750 V and current up to 100 A. All results are corrected automatically for waveform distortion, temperature and non-rated voltage and current.

No. The built-in battery and three-phase 50 Hz source supply the test signal, so no external supply, regulator or booster is needed.
An external power supply and voltage regulator, plus a step-up or step-down unit where needed. The instrument measures up to 750 V and 100 A directly, and more with external VTs and CTs.
More than 100 transformers on one full charge.
